guile-library software package provides Library of useful Guile modules, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install guile-library
guile-library is installed in your system.
Make ensure the guile-library package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep guile-library *
You will get with guile-library package name, version, architecture and description in a table
